What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal Attire. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is on the Bay so with that in mind we will be having the ceremony on the beach, weather permitting. The reception though will be on the deck and indoors. Please plan your footwear appropriately and feel free to have fun with your outfit!

Are my kids welcome?

While we love your children and ours, unfortunately this will be a children free reception!

We are happy to help find babysitters if you are making a family weekend trip so please reach out if you need assistance.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Shuttle Information:

The Shuttle will make stop at both hotels on the below Schedule anyone who does not want to take the shuttle can drive or Uber to the venue:

3:15pm - shuttle departs DoubleTree 

3:30pm - Arrives to Westin (pick up is along side road next to hotel)

3:40pm - Leaves Westin

4:00pm - Arrives to CBF

10:10pm- Shuttles leaves CBF

Drop off Downtown for those who’s night is not over !

Is there parking?

There are plenty of transportation options around Annapolis, for those that would want to drive to the wedding, there is a parking lot at the venue and you are able to park there overnight if you need to leave a vehicle. It would need to be moved by 12 noon the next day (Sunday).
